Jsme tři umělci, spolupracovníci a kamarádi.

Naše uskupení DAS UNTERE LICHT je průsečíkem dosavadní tvorby každého z nás.

Velká část aktuální práce vychází z tvůrčí expedice po španělské Andalusii.

Inspirace, barvy, slunečně dynamické počasí, volnost a možnost soustředit se na tvorbu jsou důvody každoročních výjezdů do těchto končin.

Výstava DAS UNTERE LICHT IV. je prvním velkým společným výsledkem těchto tvůrčích výletů.

/ We are three artists, collaborators and friends.

Our group, DAS UNTERE LICHT, is an amalgamation of each of our works up until now.

Much of the current work is based on a creative expedition through the Spanish Andalusia.

The inspiration, colours, sunny dynamic weather, freedom and the opportunity to concentrate on the creative process are the reasons for our annual trips to these parts.

The exhibition DAS UNTERE LICHT IV is the first major joint result of these creative trips.

MALÍŘ JAN MIKO

a jeho industriální abstrakce přináší nové dimenze obrazu. Kombinace přírodních pigmentů, moderních barev, propracovaných kompozic s industriálním prostorem působí až surově krásně.

Nová Mikova série 16 obrazů obsahující speciální magnetický písek, ve tmě zářící fluorescenční barvy či zlatý prach je dalším překvapením v současné malbě.

/ The painter Jan Miko and his industrial abstraction bring new dimensions to paintings. The combination of natural pigments, modern colours, and sophisticated compositions with industrial space appears rawly beautiful.

Miko’s new series of 16 paintings containing special magnetic sand, fluorescent glow-in-the-dark colours and gold dust is another surprise in his current artistic output.

SOCHAŘ KUBA TAUŠ

se svou punkovou flotilou se netají reinkarnací materiálů a jejich přetavení v nadčasové umělecké předměty. Taušovi světla, sochy, prostorové instalace, řemeslná zručnost a potřeba recyklace jsou odpovědí na přetechnizovaný svět plný zbytných materiálů a neutuchající nadprodukci všeho.

Nová série inspirovaná tvůrčí cestou po Evropě bude překvapením. Víme však, že díla budou pevná jako kámen.

/ Sculptor Kuba Tauš and his punk fleet make no secret of the reincarnation of materials and their transformation into timeless art objects. Tauš’s lights, sculptures, spatial installations, craftsmanship and the impulse to recycle are a response to an over-technologised world full of excessive materials and the relentless overproduction of everything.

The new series, inspired by a creative journey through Europe, will be a surprise. We know, at least, that the works will be as solid as a rock.

Expresivní malba digitálním fotoaparátem různými zdroji světla vytváří subjektivně spirituální obrazy plné světelných zvratů a alegorií.

Přírodní “pakompozice” jako důkaz dokonalé nedokonalosti přírody dávají té více kosmické části pozemský charakter.

Světelné panely ve kterých jsou fotografie vystavovány naplňují prostor přírodním světlem a barvami.

Expressive painting through the use of a digital camera with different light sources creates subjectively spiritual images full of lighting twists and allegories.

Natural „sub-compositions“ as proof of the perfect imperfection of nature give the more cosmic parts an earthly character.

The light panels in which the photographs are exhibited fill the space with natural light and colours.
